Globalstrandtres sells defined pieces of business continuity work, not an open-ended advisory retainer by default. Fees are quoted in writing after discovery, because they depend on sites, functions, and the documents that already exist. A first briefing does not create a contract.

A structured conversation and a short written note on fit and recommended next work.
Used when you need to know whether a BIA, a full plan, or an exercise is the right purchase. You receive a scope outline and a list of information we would need if you proceed. No plan is drafted at this stage.
Fee basis: fixed, quoted after the enquiry is understood.
Critical functions, dependencies, and recovery objectives for an agreed set of sites.
Includes interviews, a dependency register, impact profiles, and proposed RTO/RPO values. Does not include the full continuity plan unless that is commissioned separately. Suited to organizations that must see criticality clearly before they invest in procedures.
Fee basis: fixed for the agreed function list. Additional sites or functions are quoted as a change.
From approved analysis (existing or produced in the engagement) to a usable plan and owner walkthrough.
Includes strategy confirmation, plan drafting, annexes required for execution, residual-risk note, and handover. Playbooks can be included when the first-hour response is not already documented. This is the core commercial offering of the practice.
Fee basis: fixed for the named scope. The quotation states what is in and what is out.
A designed tabletop or limited operational test against your current plan.
Includes scenario design, facilitation, observations, and an action list. It can stand alone if you already have a plan, or follow a new plan as a proof step.
Fee basis: fixed per exercise design.
Scheduled review so the plan stays aligned with people, systems, and sites.
Includes a review calendar, targeted updates after material change, and a short status note for leadership. It is optional. Completing a plan does not enrol you in maintenance.
Fee basis: annual, quoted against the document set being maintained.
A written quotation describes scope, deliverables, timetable, fee, and payment terms. Work starts when that quotation is accepted in writing. Until then, you may stop after the briefing. Invoices match the quotation. There are no surprise add-ons presented as mandatory after acceptance.
