What this website collects
The website is a professional information and enquiry site. It does not run an account system, a shop, or advertising tracking.
- Enquiry data you submit: name, organization, email, optional telephone number, selected interest, and message. A consent confirmation is stored as part of the submitted message.
- Technical data the server may log: IP address, browser user agent, date, and requested URL, if the hosting environment writes ordinary web-server logs. These logs are used to keep the site secure and available, not to profile you for marketing.
- Essential cookies: a session cookie for security of the contact form, and a cookie that stores your cookie preference. See the Cookie Policy.
What this website does not collect
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social media pixels, or third-party marketing tags on this site. We do not buy or sell personal data. We do not embed third-party maps or video players that would set their own cookies.
Why data is used
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare a briefing or quotation.
- To protect the contact form against abuse (CSRF token, basic rate limiting, and a hidden field that humans leave empty).
- To remember your cookie choice so the banner does not return on every page load.
- To operate and secure the website.
The legal bases we rely on are: taking steps at your request before a contract (enquiry and quotation); legitimate interests in running a secure professional website; and your consent where you tick the contact consent box and where cookie preference storage is based on your choice.
How long data is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-on engagement, and then for a limited period required for ordinary business records and dispute handling. Server logs, where they exist, follow the hosting provider’s rotation. The cookie-preference cookie lasts up to 12 months. The session cookie expires when you close the browser.
Who receives data
Enquiry content is sent by email to info@globalstrandtres.com and is read by the practice. Hosting and email infrastructure providers may process data as processors in order to deliver those services. We do not share enquiry data with advertisers.
International access
The practice is established in the Republic of Moldova. If you write from another country, your message will be received and stored in connection with that practice. Do not send special-category data or secrets that do not belong in an enquiry email.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry data we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete data that we no longer need to keep.
