Terms of Use

These terms govern use of globalstrandtres.com. The site is operated by ALLA KIRIUSHCHENKO, trading as ALLA KIRIUSHCHENKO, Stefan cel Mare St 70, MD-3100, Bălți, Republica Moldova. Last updated: 11 September 2026.

What this website is

The website describes business continuity planning services and allows you to send an enquiry. Content is provided in English for professional visitors. Browsing the site does not create a consulting contract. A contract for services is formed only if a written quotation is accepted.

Acceptable use

You may view the pages, print them for your own professional evaluation, and send an enquiry that is true to the best of your knowledge. You may not:

• attempt to disrupt, scan, or overload the site;
• submit malware, automated spam, or content you do not have the right to send;
• misrepresent your identity in order to obtain someone else’s operational information;
• scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors or the server;
• frame the site or imply a partnership that does not exist.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, and original graphics are owned by the practice unless otherwise stated. You may not copy them to operate a competing site or to misrepresent the service. Commissioned plans produced under a separate engagement belong to the client as stated in that engagement.

Enquiries

The contact form is for genuine professional messages. We may refuse or ignore messages that are abusive, unlawful, or clearly automated. Do not use the form to send passwords, payment card data, or special-category personal data.

No professional relationship from browsing

Information on this website is general. It is not a plan for your organization and not a substitute for a scoped engagement. See the Disclaimer.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Planned changes to service descriptions will appear on the relevant pages; they do not rewrite an already accepted quotation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the practice is not liable for loss arising solely from use of the public website (for example, relying on a general page instead of commissioning work). Liability for commissioned services is governed by the accepted quotation and any engagement terms agreed in writing.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have in your place of residence. The professional address for notices is the postal address above and [email protected].
